Nepali Politics: Dahal towards ending current political deadlock - Dwarika Shrestha

"After all, the rat came under the rock." It was mostly learned that the rat, after it digged in a certain depth-long cave for itself, believed that it was going to swallow in whole of the rock at no time. It believed that rock is nothing but a mere heap of earth and demonstrated its swollen up body for nothing.

But the rock, whatever small it is, accomodates several lives and nature in the world. The small rat could not even imagine it. Now it has realized that rock is many more than what it is looked like. Rock is rock and rat is rat.

The Nepalnews.com in web site covered a news under the head "Dahal meets President Yadav to end current political deadlock. The news is read as follows:
"Dahal Meets President Yadav To End Current Political Deadlock
The Unified CPN (Maoist)Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal met President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav at the latter's office Wednesday evening raising hopes for an end to the current political deadlock soon.

Emerging from the nearly hour long meeting, Dahal told media persons that they discussed past disagreements that led to the fall of the Maoist-led-Government and way to end the current political deadlock.

"The President said that the current deadlock might adversely affect the constitution writing and the peace process", said chairman Dahal who is more popular by his nom-de-gurre Prachanda.

"But just by meeting the President the political situation won't improve. This is a good beginning towards ending the political deadlock."

The meeting is the first meeting between the two since Dahal resigned from the post of Prime Minister following differences with President Yadav, who reversed the Maoist government decision to sack the then Army chief Rukmangal Katuwal...."- nepalnews.com dated 30 Sept. 2009. Nepali Politics

Mr. Puspa Kamal Dahal or Prachanda said to the press that the issue raised by his party - Maoist could be addressed through amendment in the Interim Constitution and define the role and authority of the President. He said "What they have been demanding in Parliamentary debate on the President's move", was that "but we are ready to move a step ahead". He said his party was ready to call off their protesting movement if the parties (other than the Maoist) agree to amend the constitution in a way the Maoist demanded.- Nepalnews.com 09-17-'09.

( Mr. Puspa Kamal Dahal had stepped down from the Premiership in the Maoist led government after the President gave his assent to his resignation. Presidential System is the new form of Government in Nepal. The formation of the constitution for the System was under way now in an interim basis. Its first proposed period to accomplish the constitution has been extended for one more year,)

Comment:- Does the party politics in Democracy means that the party simply keep on playing its  solo on its own, monotonously to the contrary of people's desire. Were the political parties not taught a lesson like they should listen others too - specially the public. Does the Democracy value such obstinacy of the political party? - Dwarika Shrestha

Any damn thing can happen ... -Dwarika Pd Shrestha

"Any damn thing can happen in life. No matter, whether it is expected or not. One must face it." So Leo talstoy, said "Present time is the most important time."

America lost two heroes in the latest three months (Jun.-Aug.2009) time.Late Michael Jackson, the King of the Pop was dead on June 25th and Late Edward Kennedy or Ted Kennedy, the second brother of JFK and the Senate Lion dead on Aug 26th, 2009. The first one was dead reportedly due to heavy consumption of powerful and deadly drugs like 'Propoful',and the second one dead reportedly due to brain cancer. So one must face, any damn thing or any best thing that can happen in his/her life. It's but natural.

Who knows Dwarika Shrestha will have 'Shingles' in the U.S.A. It came over to him after 5 weeks of their (Dwarika, Sushila)arrival in America. It is now more than one and half month old. Of course, he is not sick because most of it has been recovered. Yet, not more than a sick person, he is. Because, many pains and burning are still there unbearably in his body.

Any best thing also can happen in life. Mr. Bill Gates became one of the 5 richest persons in the world due to his continuous and tireless effort in the field of IT (Information Technology). And Mr. Solomon Jackson Jr. became billionaire within a couple of days for nothing but simply by drawing a power ball lottery. So, 'Any damn thing can happen in life.' One must face whatever it is, It's but natural.
