“Like the Bhimsen Tower in Nepal was found short by the shock of (7.8 Richter) earthquake took place on 25th April, 2015 (Baisakh 12, 2072) Saturday, the President of the Nepali Congress and the outgoing Prime Minister Mr. Sushil Koirala deserved congratulation for his successful effort to cut short of his own increased height of popularity earned from promulgation of new constitution, by proposing his own name as a candidate for Premiership to become Prime Minister again from Parliamentary election on 24th Aswin, 2072” or 11th Oct. 2015, Sunday.

Like the Bhimsen Tower in Nepal was found short (the wreckage of the Tower in Nepal at present) by the 7.8 Richter earthquake took place on 25th April, 2015 (Baisakh 12, 2072) Saturday, The President of the Nepali Congress (the largest elected party with 207 members out of 601in the second Constitution Assembly formed in 1969) and the outgoing Prime Minister Mr. Sushil Koirala was deserved congratulation for his successful effort to cut short of his own increased height of popularity (gained through promulgating the New Constitution ’72 in his premiership). (The constitution was promulgated after 8-yr long historical effort of the Constitution Assembly.  Mr. Sushil koirala as the new Prime Minister representing his party, the largest one in the 2nd Constitution Assembly had made a valuable dedication to accomplish the Constitution writing. He had committed several times to tender his resignation from the Premiership immediately after completion of the Constitution writing and to hand over the post aftermath. Despite the commitments made several times earlier, he later on proposed himself as the fresh candidate for the post of premiership again in the Parliamentary election on 11th October, 2015 or 24th Aswin, 2072 Sunday as per the system chalked out by the New Constitution. In other words the outgoing P.M. Koirala was found crazy for the post and thus was successful to cut short of his own height of prestige being a successful Prime Minister to deliver the New Constitution’72 of Nepal to the people. The outgoing Prime Minister S. Koirala was defeated by the 89 votes in the Parliament. Koirala received 249 and his rival K. P. Sharma Oli secured 338 out of 587 votes.

Playing a prime role as a Hero in the Game of ‘Suicidal Political Game’ in the history of Nepalese politics the President of the Nepali Congress and the outgoing Prime Minister Mr. Sushil  Koirala has successfully assassinated his life-long political career. He deserved ‘Congratulation’! Being himself a good exemplar of a crazy political activist Mr. Koirala has also established a good example of less experienced political activists who happened to face a bad faith in politics in Nepal.

Crazy Politics:  Crazy Politics was one of the easiest job to adopt for the political activists as a whole in the world in general and a special career to adopt to the political activist in Nepal in special. The 1951 political revolution was flared up to success simply to eliminate the monopoly and craziness of the ruling people of the time, the Rana rulers. Similarly the 2046 or the 1989 political revolution was flared up to eliminate the monopoly of another ruling family, the Shaha Family. Nepal, the country was declared as the Democratic Country after 1951 revolution, since the Rana rulers were chased out of the Rana-throne

Of course, the credit of the success of 1951 revolution goes to the Nepali Congress. Nepali Congress was the biggest political party in Nepal since then. Messers late Biseswar Prasad Koirala, late Subarna Sumshere Rana, late Ganesh Man Singh, late Krishna Prasad Bhattarai and some more were very much regarded as the heroes of the time. They are still remembered in Nepali politics with due respect for their contribution, attitude and understanding in Nepali politics and applying the Democratic system in the country.  The Nepali Congress has still strongest hold in the present Parliament turned into from the Constitution Assembly after promulgation of the new Constitution from the Constitution Assembly, began from 1965 A.D.

After B. P. Koirala’s special successful effort and leadership in Nepal politics, many Koirala brothers had golden opportunities to occupy the top ranks in the political system and the Government in Nepal. Therefore, his brothers like Matrika Prasad Koirala, Girija Prasad Koirala and Sushil Koirala and even Sujata  Koirala, a daughter of G P Koirala had hold the top post of the Government so far. But none of them could have a ‘Good Name’ in the system. Matrika could not be as popular as a leader but as service holder in the Government. He also became the Nepalese ambassador to US after a few years of completion of his tenure as a Prime Minister. He was from one of the richest family of Biratnagar, east Nepal.

Girija Prasad Koirala, a brother of B P Koirala and Matrika Koirala became automatically famous being one from the Koirala family. He became Prime Minister 5 times. He was very crazy for power and resources. While In power in the Party he packed up many of the senior leaders of the Party like late Krishna Prasad Bhattarai and late Ganesh Man Singh and continued his holding on the chair of Presidentship in the Party and the Premiership in the Government till death. He brought the Maoist in main stream on red-carpet to town and empowered them like a powerful citizens in the country simply on the condition that they should support him to become the President of the State, but in vain. The Maoists, after they came in power with overwhelming majority in the Constitution Assembly proposed someone’s name out of blue for the Presidential post of the Country. G.P.Koirala was amsazed and helpless. In that sense Puspa Kamal Dahal, Prachand, the President of Maoist was found very smart and shrewd and he made to cut off almost all the executive power of the State chief, the President. Like in India, the President of Federal Republic of Nepal also had to be posed as a mere rubber stamp of the President. The Nepali Congress happened to occupy the position. So very smartly G P Koirala proposed the name of Mr. Ram Baran Yadav and of course, he remained President of the country till the New Constitution was promulgated.

Madhesh Pradesh: Late G P Koirala also committed to provide a separate province to madhishes in Madhesh (the tarai belt), a southern part of the country. Madhishes are the people living in the Tarai belt of the country. They are, of course, the Nepalese people / citizens by birth. Their culture, living style, colour, language and figure are very much similar to that of Indians. Therefore, the madhishes have marital relations too with the people living in India, the southern neighbor country of Nepal. There is not even the border constrain between these two countries but the 10 meter wide no-man’s land. The assurance made by late G P Koirala during his premiership in 2045 was made a great seed for the present chaos in the State. Indians also have given their cooperation to madhises to continue the revolution, conducting border ‘band’shield. Nepal has been dependant over India since long time back.

Sushil Koirala is the related brother to all three Koiralas mentioned above. He became the President of the Party and thus Prime Minister most creditably being a member of Koirala family. The Koirala family has dominated the party since late B. P. Koirala’s good performance as a leader of the party and as the Prime Minister in the Country. Sushil Koirala’s commitment to bring the constitution was also appraised. He also made several commitments to give up the post after the statute was made public. But after the said commitment was fulfilled, he became crazy to become Prime Minister by Election in the new Parliament. And that was proved as big blunder to curtail his own prestige in the party and the country. For he proposed own name as a candidate for the Premiership in the Parliamentary Election and lost to the President of UML Mr. K P Oli by  differences of 89 votes. Mr. Koirala secured 249 votes as against 338 votes secured by his opponent Mr. Oli. His defeat in the Election held on 4th Oct, 2015 or 17th Aswin, 2015 Sunday was the great loss and insult to himself and the Nepali Congress which is still the largest party in the Parliament at Present.

Conclusion:-  Nepalko rajnitima Nepali Congresska Sabhapati tatha ni-bartaman pradhan mantri shri Sushil Koiralale ‘Suicidal Political Game’ ma ek asafal mukhya kalakar ‘Hero’ ko  rupma aham bhumika nibhayera aafno jivanbhar ko rajnaitik britta (lifelong political career)ko hattya garna safal huna sakekoma badhai chha ! sathai uhanle samasta nepali rajnaitik karyakartaharulai Democratic Exercise ma aafule ‘Lovi’ bhayera nachahido khel khelda tesko nakaratmak natija (negative result) bhognu parchha ra tesko natija naramro hunchha bhanera aafai euta jivanta udaharan (live example) bhayera prastut garnu bhayeko chha, badhai!
